Summary:
This role supports operational teams by building and maintaining an organization-wide analytics framework. The position focuses on optimizing data workflows, improving ERP-driven reporting, and enabling better decision-making through standardized dashboards, KPIs, and data governance practices. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to enhance data integrity, streamline processes, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the full lifecycle of the company's analytics and reporting environment.
Analyze operational processes to define essential data points and create uniform data structures.
Evaluate existing data sources to determine available KPIs and recommend additional performance metrics.
Integrate and automate data pipelines through ERP/MRP systems for real-time or scheduled extraction.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards that support leadership and operational decision-making.
Create SOPs, manuals, templates, and documentation for consistent data entry and ingestion.
Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses to pinpoint trends and operational bottlenecks.
Automate data transformations using SQL, Power Query, and ERP integrations.
Maintain strong data governance through validation checks, audits, and reconciliations.
Partner with teams across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and IT to support business needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement and digital modernization projects.
Prepare routine inventory reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Maintain ERP accuracy and uphold proper inventory methodologies (FIFO, WIP tracking, etc.).
Work with large datasets while ensuring compliance with reporting standards and internal controls.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and database management.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (required).
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments. (Finance, HR, Warehouse and Operations.)
